Enjoy complimentary ground shipping through sendle for any order of $60+ shipped to an address in the U.S.

We use sendle to ship orders because they are a  100% carbon neutral shipping service.

Currently, Eupuria only ships to addresses located in the United States. In the future though that may change. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on the latest product releases and changes.

Packages are typically delivered 1-3 days upon shipping. If you have not received your package after 10 days upon shipping, please write to us at [email protected].

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.

All the transactions made on the everydaypandemicwear.com website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with “https” indicates that you are in a secure setting. Everyday Pandemicwear has also established specific security measures to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties.

Shipping & Returns

We go out of our way to design and craft great products using premium materials and believe you will be delighted with the products you purchase from the Eupuria store. Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our Aromatherapy Mask Kits.

If your order was damaged in transit, or if you’ve received the wrong order, please reach out to us by emailing within 30 days of purchase.

If you do not receive your order due to an error on the carrier’s behalf, please note that we will not be able to replace your shipment.

Order Paid by Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay:

Refunds for purchases made using a card, Apply Pay, or Google Play are issued through stripe. This typically takes 5-10 business days to process upon issue.

Order Paid by PayPal:

Refunds through paypal typically take 2-5 business days to process upon issue, though it can take up to 30 business days depending on the card company involved.

To cancel your order, write to us at [email protected]. If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue you a refund and cancel the order. In the event that the order has already shipped, please follow our return procedures.

Please contact us by email through our contact us page and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Items received as a gift may be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date to the shipping address listed at checkout. Masks cannot be exchanged for sanitary reasons.
